Due before Session 2 — one week from today.

1. Use Claude daily for at least one real work task
2. Keep a brief log: what you asked, what worked, what didn't
3. Practice iteration: on at least two tasks, refine Claude's output through follow-ups
4. Accountability check: note whether you validated each output, and how
5. Experiment with thinking effort levels on the same task type
6. Come prepared to share one win and one frustration
